Shipping destinations
- We ship from the US to anywhere in the world.
Shipping time
- US: All US shipments will be shipped from the US.
- Shipping time for US shipments is 2-5 business days. - EU: All EU shipments will be shipped via an air shipment from the US.
- Shipping time for EU shipments is 7-21 business days. - Rest of the world: All international shipments will be shipped via an air shipment from the US.
- Shipping time for international shipments is 7-21 business days.
Order time
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Additional processing time may be required during promotional events due to above-average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we always work as quickly as possible to ship your orders!
Incomplete Address & Undelivered Packages
- Inluxid is not responsible for packages that are returned to our facility by our shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check the shipping address provided during the checkout process to ensure that your package arrives at its final destination safely.
- In case your package needs to be resent, Inluxid will charge a new shipping fee. Packages will only be resent once the original package has been returned to our facility.
International shipping & Taxes
- Please check your local import regulations to check if taxes and/or import duties will be charged by customs upon receiving the package (from the US). These texas and/or import duties are not included in the price listed on the website.
